One move can involve several separate Georgian rules
A residence permit is not a tax status. Registering a company or IE does not automatically provide work rights. A spouse’s residence does not automatically authorise employment. A bank also performs its own KYC review after a business is registered.
These distinctions are manageable, but they create unnecessary cost when the steps are started in the wrong order. We created ITResidency.ge so a client can explain the real work or business once and receive one coordinated plan for the Georgian parts of the case.
